In May 2013 the Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V (a.k.a VDA) granted Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Ind. Co a licence to manufacture and market AdBlue® worldwide and the Top!Blue brand was born. Just a year later TopBlue’s majority shareholder was awarded the best AdBlue® supplier at the Commercial Vehicle International Summit Meeting in China receiving votes from more than 70 multinational companies, recognising Meifeng’s AdBlue® quality and service on a global level.

Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Ind. Co. is approved and licensed by both Verband der Automonilindustrie e.V (Europe) and API (USA) making our group of companies the only local AdBlue® producer in this country which has dual international approval.
